There’s a new Squisito in town! From friends & family nights and hiring open houses to social media contests and community involvement, Squisito Ashburn loves giving back to the neighborhood! Check out some of the fun things Squisito Pizza & Pasta did in Ashburn to celebrate their opening. Now Hiring Events Prior to opening, Squisito Ashburn held multiple Now Hiring Events. They posted each event on Facebook and Craigslist to hire all restaurant positions and even went LIVE on Facebook. A table was set up out front with applications and they held on the spot interviews to help fill open positions with awesome team members. Social Media Contests The Squisito Ashburn Facebook page hosted social media contests for the first few weeks awarding winners gift cards. They had contests ranging from guessing the number of pizza slices sold/ given away within the first week to a photo contest where guests had the chance to show off their photo skills. Each winner received a gift card for participating! Free Pizza Slices The first two days of their soft opening, Squisito Ashburn gave away free cheese pizza slices to anyone who stopped by! They posted the promotion on Facebook and handed out over 200 free slices of cheese pizza in their first two days! Friends & Family Nights Squisito Ashburn hosted Friends & Family nights the Sunday and Monday prior to opening to the public. Both events were fun-filled as guests enjoyed a custom Snapchat filter, Instagram frame, Squisito stickers and a variety of delicious Italian specialties! Squisito hosts’ community fundraisers where a portion of the profits is donated back to the organization. In the next few weeks Squisito Ashburn will be holding a formal grand opening celebration and ribbon cutting with the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce.
