The leaders of Squisito Pizza & Pasta, a much-loved dining destination, are excited and proud to introduce their Italian restaurant franchise opportunity. We’ve developed a system that enables people to invest in a restaurant offering a full-service dining experience in a fast casual setting, providing authentic, delicious, classic Italian food. Get to know Squisito, and you’ll find we are a mature concept with a solid foothold in the restaurant industry. Now we’re extending to investors our experience, knowledge and — maybe most importantly — our recipes for the dishes that have made us a local favorite in each community for years where guests enjoy Squisito Pizza & Pasta. Why choose Squisito’s Italian restaurant franchise opportunity? Squisito Pizza & Pasta is operated by Gennaro and Michele DiMeo, a husband-and-wife team of restaurateurs who have been bringing high-quality Italian food to customers in Maryland since 2002. With their restaurants, they are committed to offering excellent food at a good value in an environment that encourages people to sit, eat, enjoy each other’s company, and feel encouraged to return. Everything we do starts with our food. We’re devotees of traditional, authentic recipes that remind us of our Italian roots. Our extensive menu includes pizza, pasta, salads and sandwiches, along with chicken, seafood and veal entrees. Menu selections range from traditional favorites such as Fettuccini Alfredo, Lasagna Bolognese and Chicken Parmigiana to more uniquely crafted creations including Crab Meat Pizza and Penne Matriciana, a satisfying dish of penne pasta, caramelized onions, bacon, Squisito marinara sauce, basil and Parmesan cheese. Squisito’s diverse menu provides options for hearty appetites and also for more health-conscious guests and children. Regardless of choice, every dish features high quality ingredients that include superior meats and fresh vegetables and cheeses. When ordering any of our sumptuous pasta dishes, guests can substitute whole wheat or low-carb pasta. Our devotion to serving exceptional food shows in the variety, richness and care we put into our menu development. Investors in our Italian food franchise will benefit from our authentic recipes, as well as our commitment to quality. The perfect people and places for our fast casual franchise opportunit We put great care into every dish we prepare and every guest we serve, and we’re looking for owner-operators who can manage their fast casual franchise with the same attention to detail and personal investment. The owner may elect to hire a full-time manager, but they must embody that same commitment to excellence. Squisito Italian food franchise owners are actively involved in their restaurant’s operation, ensuring things always run smoothly. Squisito Pizza & Pasta restaurants are open for lunch and dinner, and mostly see a 50/50 split in revenue between the two service blocks. The real estate processing and build-out of our locations takes anywhere from seven to nine months. Our Italian food franchise restaurants will meet all specific criteria: ● High-traffic shopping center, mixed-use or life center location, with a preference for end caps and outside dining ● 2,500 to 3,000 square feet ● 100,000 people within five miles ● $75,000 median local household income ● Local demographic of young professionals, businesses and families We have studied and understand our market environments in which our restaurants are best poised for growth.
